Sewing Up

Using the Zipper Stitch to connect the squares, alternating through the 4 colors between each row and column.

To do the Zipper Stitch, attach your yarn to your hook with with a slip knot.  Insert your hook into the corner chain stitch, into the back loop only, and into the same stitch on the adjacent square. Yarn over and pull through all loops.

Continue up the square, ensuring the stitches match up, alternating between which square you do first.

When you reach the next squares, simply carry on to the next squares in the rows.
